“Le case hanno uno spirito. O forse un’aura. Quando ci entri per la prima volta, anche se prive di arredi, la percepisci.” Assume un tono quasi mistico il racconto di questa casa, che grazie ad un approccio di stampo conservativo mantiene tutto il suo charme dato dalla sovrapposizione di elementi storici. La distribuzione originale in stile Liberty viene valorizzata con interventi mirati: due ampi portali di diverse altezze ridisegnano le proporzioni , lasciano intravedere gli ambienti comunicanti della zona giorno, é così che si annuncia la cucina con un bancone vetrina che si illumina esibendo i sui tesori. Spazio e arredi nascono insieme: dall’esile libreria a pantografo ‘Romboidale’ alla lampada ‘Apollo’ fino al tavolo ovale di tanganika frisé ‘Piuma’ tutto rientra in una scenografia in movimento dove il dettaglio fa la differenza. Se spazio e arredi nascono insieme, durano a lungo, sono meno soggetti alle mode.

The original Liberty-style distribution is enhanced with targeted interventions: two large portals of different heights redesign the proportions, allowing a glimpse over the communicating rooms of the living area, this is how the kitchen is announced with a counter display that lights up to display its treasures. Space and furnitures are born together: from the slender 'Romboidale' pantograph bookcase to the 'Apollo' lamp to the oval Tanganika frisé 'Piuma' table, everything is part of a moving scenography where details make the difference. If space and furnishings are born together, they last a long time, they are less subject to fashions.
